On: Growth
What if growing slower helped you go further? A peek inside April’s 7-day course on achieving sustainable, aligned growth.
Modern life teaches us that growth should be fast, intense, and measurable. We’re told that if we just push hard enough, hustle long enough, and stick to the perfect routine, we’ll become the person we’re meant to be. And while that kind of intensity might deliver short-term results, it rarely lasts. What often follows is burnout, frustration, and a quiet shame spiral when we realize we can’t keep up—even though it seems like everyone else can. Online, it looks effortless. Ten-step morning routines, cold plunges, glowing skin, endless motivation. But behind that performance, many of us are just trying to remember how to be human again.
I created the Growth course to offer another way forward. This is not about perfecting yourself—it’s about remembering who you are becoming. Sustainable growth doesn’t demand force. It invites awareness. It doesn’t ask you to chase change—it asks you to follow what feels true. This course is designed to help you unwind the push and get clear on the pull—what you’re naturally being called toward, even if it’s quiet. Because that’s where real growth lives. The kind that feels good in your body. The kind that lasts.

This course won’t hand you a blueprint. It will hand you a mirror. You’ll reflect on the beliefs you’ve inherited, explore the edges of your comfort zone, and get honest about what you're ready to release. You’ll learn the power of small, consistent action, and how to stretch yourself gently—not to prove anything, but to meet the version of yourself that’s already unfolding.

Each day offers a new lens on growth—beginning with the stories you’ve inherited and ending with the reminder that growth can be wild, untamed, and beautifully nonlinear. Day 04 is my favorite—it asks you to get honest about your edges in a way that feels both uncomfortable and empowering. The further reading section includes some of my favorite pieces from writers on Substack—real, personal accounts that add depth and perspective to the work you’re doing through the course. Like all Open Journal courses, this one is designed for slow, intentional practice. Let it move at the pace of your own becoming.
This is the second month of the club. Maybe you’re still finding your rhythm. Maybe last month’s course stirred something up in you. Wherever you are, this is your reminder: growth doesn’t need to be proven to be real. It just needs to be felt. Keep listening for the pull. Keep choosing to show up. And trust that even the smallest steps are taking you somewhere meaningful.
I’m sharing my Day 1 tomorrow. If you’re not in yet, this is your sign—from me, the universe, and your future self who’s ready for the change you’ve been thinking about. I’ll see you in the comments!
